Setting up a realistic goal plays a huge role in any aspect of success. Knowing your team’s strengths and weaknesses are important. Believing we can all move mountains and put the Himalayas in the backyard of your home would, of course, be awesome, but is unrealistic. But we can set realistic goals of moving small rocks or pebbles one at a time with consistency would definitely guarantee success.

Communicating all elements of the plan effectively to every team member is the key to achieving success through teamwork. All minds do not think the same and abilities are definitely not always the same. Everyone in a team is a valuable member and realizing that it takes everyone working together to achieve the common goal is sometimes a difficult task.
